Hi,
da es manchmal verwirrend ist sich besonders in den "NEWS" mit Abkürzungen herum zu plagen und dann erst mal sich da einzulesen in deren Organisationsformen und Aufgaben, möchte ich mich der Sache mal "ganz blauäugig nähern" ( d.h. soweit ich das vermag ) , d.h. mal beginnen hier etwas davon vorzustellen.
Ihr könnt aber gerne dabei mitmachen !
