Center for Native American Youth Celebrate Anniversary

Das "Center for Native American Youth’s (CNAY)" feierte vergangene Woche
seinen ersten Jahrestag zusammen mit mehr als 100 Stammesführern, Stammes-Jugendlichen
und einigen Senatoren der Vereinigten Staaten.

Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs Larry Echo Hawk sagte :
“I was at the opening ceremony last year. It looks like they’ve been off to a great start,
it is a worthy cause and we are very supportive of the work that they do –
Sen. Dorgan has proved himself in the past that he has got it in his heart to do everything he can to help the right people which is the future generations.”

Der ehemalige Senator Byron Dorgan, der maßgeblichen Anteil an dieser Organisation hat ,
hatte $1 Million Dollar dem Projekt gespendet..
“That’s like one million pieces of evidence to his commitment” (sagte Echo Hawk dazu).
